Job summary

Airbnb Hotels is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to own the inbound engine for our Hotels Acquisition team. This is Airbnb's first dedicated B2B demand gen role, building the inbound motion across EMEA as a 12-month pilot to shape global scaling.

The position is remote within France with no relocation support. Define and own the EMEA inbound strategy, scale multi-channel programs, manage the full funnel from lead capture to MQL handoff, and collaborate with RevOps, Global

Qualifications

8+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
Proven inbound programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
Hands-on with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (MixMax, Outreach).
Analytical, data-driven, and capable of owning campaigns.
Experience using AI tools to automate campaigns and content.
Strong sales alignment and ability to work with AEs.
Comfort with ambiguity and scaling across regions.
Fluent written/spoken English; European languages a plus.
Experience operating globally across regions/languages.

Responsibilities

Define and own the EMEA inbound strategy and roadmap.
Build and scale multi-channel inbound programs (email, paid, SEO, content, events, partnerships).
Own the full funnel from lead capture to MQL handoff with CRM hygiene.
Design LinkedIn campaigns with regional AE teams for priority segments.
Develop outbound sequences to support AE prospecting.
Collaborate with Global Marketing to build collateral and nurture flows.
Track, report, and optimize pipeline metrics and ROI.
Run co-marketing and partner programs with industry partners.
Build business cases and secure budgets for campaigns.
Adopt test-and-learn approach; scale what works; leverage AI.
Work with stakeholders to turn webinars/events into pipeline.
