Job summary

Emerging Travel Group is seeking a Data Analyst in the Business Analytics team to be the dedicated analyst for our B2B commercial direction. You’ll work independently with the commercial team, explore growth opportunities in data, test hypotheses, and measure the impact of business initiatives beyond product features.

Your first projects include supporting and developing our pricing override and cost modifier processes, designing experiments around credit limits for B2B partners to grow booking

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business, data or product analytics.
• Strong SQL, including writing efficient, fast-running queries.
• Confident Python and its data libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn and others.
• Hands-on experience with difference-in-differences.
• Experience with causal inference methods: Causal Impact, Propensity Score Matching and similar.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experience designing and running A/B tests and other experiments.
• Ability to dive deep into business processes, solve non-standard problems and work independently.
• Fluent Russian and English B2.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop pricing override and cost modifier processes.
• Design experiments around credit limits for B2B partners to grow booking volumes.
• Evaluate financial and customer impact of opening local legal entities in new markets.
• Apply methods beyond A/B testing to establish causal effects and insights.
