Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Financial Analyst for Travel Supplier Strategy, a remote role in the United States. The analyst will analyze supplier revenue, commissions, and performance to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decisions.

You’ll build financial models, evaluate supplier agreements, and contribute to performance reporting across Air, Car, and Hotel suppliers. The role emphasizes extracting actionable insights from complex data, supporting continuous improvement of reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior analytical and financial experience, especially in the travel industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier revenue, commission, incentive, and performance data to identify trends and generate insights for forecasting and planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support supplier negotiations and forecasting.
• Partner with supplier managers to evaluate agreements and quantify financial/operational impact.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting through data-driven analysis.
• Leverage reporting tools and MS Office to analyze data against contract models.
