Job summary

Gathr Outdoors is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Specialist in Higganum, CT. This role supports the sales organization by optimizing processes and handling day-to-day operational needs to help achieve revenue goals.

You will manage orders, POs, ERP tasks, and sales support while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and accuracy.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The Sales Operations Specialist supports the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the sales organization. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes and supporting day-to-day operational needs to help the sales team achieve revenue goals.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, candidates and external partners through multiple forms of technology with telephone and computer. Must be able to receive and convey information.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc. as well as could remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Must be able to safely navigate the production facility, OSHA compliant. Normally this person is standing or walking around the facility interacting with team members. Appropriate shoes for standing on concrete flooring is recommended.
