Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing seeks a Customer Service Representative for our Columbus, OH area client. You will develop strong relationships with internal and external customers and manage inquiries by phone, email and chat, supporting order processing and post‑sales communications.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or B2B customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred with 2+ years in sales or customer service.
• Experience using CRM systems to record activity and generate reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs clearly and relay them.
• Develop and preserve relationships by providing outstanding support.
• Handle inquiries via email, phone and online chat.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve CX and processes.
• Process orders with adherence to customer requirements and shipping logistics.
• Assist in account aging reconciliation and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to grow the sales territory and quotes.
