Qualifications

• Must be available Monday-Friday, 10 am - 7 pm.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze customer billing and credit issues and assist in resolving concerns.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating a genuine desire to help.
• Follow up on overdue commercial accounts.
