Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. in Phoenix seeks an experienced Direct Buy Customer Care Specialist to serve as the trusted point of contact for customers via email, phone, fax, and EDI; review orders for accuracy and efficiently process orders, sample requests, vouchers, and credits.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to deliver seamless service, implement sales programs, maintain pricing databases, and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B customer-facing role with diverse, inclusive settings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and order management tools.
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage as trusted contact for Direct Buy customers via email, phone, fax, and EDI.
• Review orders for accuracy and efficiently process orders, samples, vouchers, and credits.
• Communicate order changes, exceptions, and product availability clearly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to ensure seamless customer care.
• Implement Sales programs and promotions.
• Process credits or replacement products as needed.
• Keep customer and Matrix pricing databases accurate and up-to-date.
