• Experience working within an ERP/accounting system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong research, problem-solving, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize accounts.
• Stable employment history with an interest in a long-term opportunity.
• College degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for ~300 B2B customer accounts.
• Proactively contact customers on outstanding invoices and past-due balances.
• Make regular collection calls and send written follow-up.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and short payments.
• Identify payment roadblocks and drive balances toward resolution.
• Maintain detailed collection notes and follow-up activity in ERP.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues.
• Follow up on customer payment commitments.
• Assist with full-cycle AR activities as needed.
• Support AR team during growth and higher transaction volume.
