Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a Claims Recovery Specialist for our Denver, CO office. You will focus on recovering third-party property and utility damage claims in a business-to-business setting, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills.

Prior collections or insurance-adjusting experience is highly relevant and transferable. Responsibilities include negotiating settlements with insurers, handling 40–50 daily calls, and maintaining detailed records in the proprietary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in claims recovery or insurance.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with B2B construction, claims management, recovery, or insurance claim negotiation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Resolve and negotiate claims recovery of repair and replacement costs for third-party damages across states.
• Coordinate with liable parties’ insurers to defend and settle claims.
• Maintain notes in the company Claims Database Tool and track activities.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss recovery tactics and goals.
