Project Resources Group (PRG) seeks a Claims Recovery Specialist for our Fort Collins, CO office. Be part of a growing team recovering third-party property and utility damage claims in a primarily B2B setting.

Strong negotiation, detail-orientation, and experience in collections or insurance adjusting are highly relevant. Responsibilities include handling 40–50 calls daily, collaborating with insurers and liable parties, and maintaining documentation in the Claims Database Tool.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in claims, recovery, or insurance claim negotiation is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in claims or related fields.
• College education is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Resolve and negotiate claims recovery of repair and replacement costs on third-party damages across state lines.
• Work with insurance providers to defend and negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate with claims departments and management from small businesses to municipalities.
• Enter notes and documentation into the Claims Database Tool.
• Participate in weekly department meetings to discuss recovery tactics and goals.
