As a senior leader, you will translate business priorities into cross-functional actions, collaborate with field operations and corporate teams, and use data to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, business operations, program management, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong financial and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience scaling operations in a nationwide multi-site environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team aligned to priorities.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive enrollment growth, revenue and retention.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions to align objectives and actions.
• Use data and market insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
• Support field leaders with planning and implementation of initiatives across sites.
