Job summary

Useme, a US-focused B2B advisory firm, seeks an experienced cold caller to book qualified appointments with business owners in the trades sector. You will make 60–80 outbound calls daily from prepared lists to reach owners, handle objections, and schedule 15‑minute discussions with our lead consultant.

Responsibilities include sending follow-up emails, logging outcomes in a shared Google Sheet, and following a structured multi-touch sequence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B cold calling or appointment setting with US businesses.
• Clear, confident spoken English understood by US business owners.
• Available to work US Eastern hours, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
• Quiet workspace, a good headset and reliable internet.
• Comfortable handling objections without being pushy.
• Organised: log everything and never miss a follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Make 60 to 80 outbound calls a day from prepared lists with contact details and talking points.
• Get past receptionists/dispatchers to reach the owner.
• Hold short, natural conversations and book qualified meetings onto our calendar.
• Send short follow-up emails from templates.
• Log every call outcome in a shared Google Sheet the same day.
• Leave short, clear voicemails.
• Follow a structured multi-touch follow-up sequence.
