Job summary

Legacy Capital Services seeks a proactive Business Account Manager to expand our national affiliate network and drive growth for consumer debt relief programs across financial services and marketing sectors. You will recruit partners, pitch programs, and manage contracts with a focus on measurable results.

The role requires travel up to 75%, strong negotiation skills, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and a proven track record in building high-performing partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in B2B account management or affiliate partnerships.
• Proven ability to onboard and manage affiliates.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an affiliate pipeline including referral and full-sale affiliates.
• Prospect, pitch, and present programs to potential partners.
• Negotiate and execute affiliate contracts.
• Lead onboarding and training for new affiliates.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations to align strategy.
• Represent Legacy at events and conferences.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive growth.
• Maintain relationships to drive engagement and retention.
• Travel as needed for meetings and affiliate visits.
• Other duties as assigned.
