Job summary

Legacy Capital Services is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its national affiliate network by identifying, developing, and recruiting strategic referral partners who offer credit card debt relief and tax settlement services.

You will build relationships across financial services, marketing, and lead generation industries, making high-volume outbound calls and setting qualified appointments for Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience required; two+ years preferred.
• Ability to identify decision-makers in businesses and speak to them.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with high call volumes.
• Experience with CRM, email, and scheduling tools; Salesforce familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective affiliate partners.
• Identify and recruit businesses to refer debt relief and tax settlement services.
• Research and contact owners, founders, executives, and sales leaders.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Account Managers and maintain calendars.
• Log activities in the CRM and follow up on leads; manage escalation as needed.
• Represent the Legacy brand professionally on calls and emails.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to refine scripts and targeting strategies.
• Maintain a healthy partnership pipeline and report trends.
