Job summary

Empower Brands is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collector in Marietta, GA to manage collections across multiple markets. You will monitor aging, contact customers, and record activity in the ERP system while supporting cash application and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections.
• Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate AR records.
• Proficient with Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to handle customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, monitor aging, and follow up on past-due balances.
• Conduct collection outreach via phone and email to secure timely payments.
• Document all collection activity in the ERP system and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve billing issues.
• Support AR reporting and cash application activities; assist with billing validation.
