Job summary

Liberty Diversified International's Liberty Packaging division seeks an Account Manager to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships.

Based at our Rock Island, IL facility, you will partner with sales leadership to execute go‑to‑market strategies, manage a book of business, and deliver margin improvement for LDI while maintaining strong client partnerships. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related sales experience OR Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
• Experience planning, implementing, and analyzing new sales strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to win new business and expand existing customers
• Identify key decision-makers and drive opportunities through traditional and go-to-market strategies
• Initiate and close business using a proven sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams to design packaging solutions meeting customer needs
• Manage customer expectations and deliver excellent service
• Cultivate long-term relationships and meet ongoing packaging needs
• Monitor market and customer trends affecting the business
• Other duties as assigned
