About the Role:

The B2B Account Manager will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding client relationships, with a focus on promoting Niagen Plus products including TRU NIAGEN, Pharma Niagen, and NAD+ Tests across emerging Performance markets such as Professional Sports, Military, and Executive Health. This role combines sales, business development, and client service, with responsibilities including upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition, and ensuring timely product delivery. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, a strategic sales mindset, and collaboration across teams to meet business goals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Core Expectations:

·Drive Sales Growth: Build and maintain strong client relationships to upsell and cross-sell Niagen Plus products, driving revenue through tailored solutions.

·Expand Accounts: Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and prospects, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and promote the full product portfolio.

·Consultative Selling: Provide personalized recommendations backed by in-depth product knowledge and stay up to date on new launches.

·Order & Delivery Oversight: Ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery to meet or exceed client expectations.

·Client Support & Retention: Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining consistent follow-up to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

·Account Management: Analyze account data to spot trends, anticipate needs, and adjust strategies to drive sales growth.

·Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to develop client-specific materials, presentations, and promotional initiatives.

·Client Onboarding: Lead onboarding for new clients, providing training and resources to support successful product use.

·Event Representation & Travel: Represent Niagen Bioscience at trade shows and industry events across the U.S. as needed.

Qualifications and Success Factors:

·Bachelor’s of Science in chemistry, biological sciences, or related field.

·1-2 years of Account Management experience, with a focus on sales growth and client engagement highly preferred.

·Proven ability to drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.

·Strong understanding of ERP systems and techniques for tracking client information, managing communications, and ensuring client satisfaction.

·Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch products effectively and address client needs.

·Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for account retention, sales growth, and new business development.

·Skilled in managing multiple client accounts and sales pipelines, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and sales targets.

·Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools for managing client relationships and preparing reports.

·Experience working closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.

·Willing to travel up to 25% for sales and marketing related events.
