Moxie Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to build relationships, open doors, and drive growth in the commercial market. You will craft a strategic B2B sales plan, target restaurants, hotels, and offices, and close contracts that broaden Moxie’s footprint.

You’ll be a deal-closer and advisor, travel to meet clients, and help shape sales processes. base salary plus uncapped commission, with strong earning potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of B2B sales or direct sales; bonus for building accounts from scratch.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and turning “no” into “yes”.
• Self-starter energy; you create opportunities.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and close deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred but not required if you have drive + results.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth: create and execute a winning B2B sales strategy targeting restaurants, hotels, offices, and more.
• Win trust: build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and become their go-to advisor.
• Crush goals: prospect, cold call, and close contracts that expand Moxie’s footprint.
• Own the details: manage accounts, track no-shows, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Shape the future: help design sales processes, mentor future reps, and grow into leadership.
