Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Account Manager to drive sales growth in our commercial division. This role emphasizes relationship-building with business clients, strategic sales planning, and lead generation while supporting branch objectives.

The position requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities for training and growth within a fast-growing, values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience, preferably in residential or commercial services or pest control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Proven customer-oriented approach to build rapport with decision-makers and influencers.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and pursue sales goals daily, with timely follow-ups and embodying Fox’s leadership culture.
• Engage in commercial lead generation, including referrals and tech-generated leads, plus general sales activities.
• Manage accounts to retain and grow business, exceeding expectations and supporting branch objectives.
• Foster a culture of peak performance among team members and contribute to Fox Pest Control’s growth.
