Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment with direct customer contact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing accounts or building customer relationships.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding established performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with new and existing customers.
• Establish and execute the sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned customer list to ensure all business needs are met.
• Maintain regular check-ins to gather feedback and gauge product performance.
• Manage inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to drive revenue.
• Accurately enter orders and communicate timelines to customers.
• Explain ordering processes and replenishment opportunities.
