• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing accounts or building customer relationships.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

• Serve as the primary point of contact with new and existing customers.
• Establish and execute the sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the assigned customer list to ensure all business needs are met.
• Maintain a regular check-in cadence to gather direct feedback and gauge product performance.
• Manage inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to drive revenue.
• Accurately enter orders and communicate with customers regarding orders.
