Job summary

RateHawk is seeking a B2A Intern to join the Commercial Team. This full-time remote role is open to candidates residing in Istanbul, with fixed hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday.

You will assist with re-engaging partners, monitor platform metrics, and support strategic growth initiatives while developing soft skills and a data-driven mindset. Ideal candidates have advanced English, strong communication, and a willingness to learn new digital tools.

Qualifications

• Basic analytical abilities and an interest in making data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Istanbul with eligibility for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in re-engaging, onboarding, and supporting existing business partners (travel agencies).
• Monitor partner activity on the platform and analyze key business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Support partner-related requests and help improve the overall partner experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support platform development and business growth.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
