• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Full-service automotive repair experience.
• ASE A1-A8 certifications are a plus.

Pay Type: Flat rate with guaranteed minimum
Earning Potential: $75,000-$105,000+
Typical Production: 40-50+ flagged hours per week

A high-volume Raleigh automotive shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a production-focused mechanical repair role. This flat-rate opportunity offers $75,000-$105,000+ earning potential with a guaranteed minimum. The shop handles approximately 70-94 vehicles each week and focuses on efficient mechanical repairs and parts replacement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and parts replacement
• Service braking systems
• Complete suspension repairs and wheel alignments
• Perform tire and wheel services
• Complete fluid services and general maintenance
• Inspect and replace hoses and belts
• Perform automotive A/C service
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong hands-on mechanical repair background
• Full-service automotive repair experience
• Ability to perform production-focused work efficiently and consistently
• ASE A1-A8 certifications are a plus
• North Carolina State Inspection License is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000-$105,000+ earning potential
• Flat-rate compensation
• Guaranteed minimum of approximately $35/hour
