Job summary

Promotive in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a production-focused role. This flat-rate position offers $75,000-$105,000+ earning potential with a guaranteed minimum and a busy shop handling 70-94 vehicles weekly.

You'll perform mechanical repairs and parts replacement, service brakes, suspensions, A/C, tires, fluids, and inspections, with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy. Requirements include 3+ years as an automotive technician, strong hands-on repair skills,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Full-service automotive repair experience.
• ASE A1-A8 certifications are a plus.
• North Carolina State Inspection License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and parts replacement.
• Service braking systems.
• Complete suspension repairs and wheel alignments.
• Perform tire and wheel services.
• Complete fluid services and general maintenance.
• Inspect and replace hoses and belts.
• Perform automotive A/C service.
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.
