Labriola’s Automotive in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced automotive technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. You will work in a flat-rate environment with a focus on safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.

The role requires minimum 5 years of professional experience, proficiency with Autel and Snap-on diagnostic tools, and the ability to produce 40+ flagged hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills appropriate to an A- or B-Level Automotive Technician position.
• Ability to perform automotive repairs independently based on assigned skill level.
• Experience servicing domestic, Asian, and/or European vehicles.
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment and consistently produce flagged hours.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience using professional automotive diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting for drivability, electrical, and engine-performance concerns.
• Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, cooling-system, electrical-system, and engine-performance repairs.
• Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns accurately.
• Perform digital vehicle inspections (DVI) and clearly document findings and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate with service advisors and parts staff to support efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Complete repairs with a focus on safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits

• A-Level Technician: $40-$50 per flagged hour, flat rate.
