Responsibilities

• Maintain strong production and repair efficiency

• Perform approximately 90% repair work and 10% diagnostic work

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:45 PM
Pay: $50–$75 per flat-rate hour plus bonuses

This high-volume, growth-focused shop provides consistent production opportunities, with technicians typically producing 50–60 flagged hours and working on all makes and models, including diesel.

Technicians are not responsible for estimating or ordering parts, allowing them to stay focused on repairs and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish
• Perform timing chains, lifters, and major removal and replacement work
• Maintain strong production and repair efficiency
• Complete quality repairs across multiple vehicle systems
• Perform approximately 90% repair work and 10% diagnostic work

Compensation & Benefits
