Roberts Motors in Illinois seeks a B-Level Service Technician to join its service department. You will handle core diagnostic and repair work across engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, brakes, and AC, with 2+ years of hands-on experience and Ford certification as a baseline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience
• Ford certification preferred as baseline
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to read repair specs

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work per repair orders in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC)
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to verify repairs
• Communicate findings and time estimates to Service Advisor for approvals
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications and documentation requirements
