Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience.
• Ford certification preferred.
• B-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Previous Ford dealership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer competency and ability to learn new repair procedures and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform all repair work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
• Communicate findings and additional service needs directly to the Service Advisor, with accurate time estimates for any additional repairs needed.
• Execute warranty repairs in full compliance with manufacturer specifications and documentation requirements.

This role covers the core diagnostic and repair work that keeps the shop running; engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and AC, with a 2+ year background and Ford certification as the baseline. What You'll Do
