Qualifications

• Ford certification preferred.
• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred.
• B-level qualifications: diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
• Valid driver's license and clean record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work per repair orders to dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Communicate findings and time estimates to the Service Advisor.
• Execute warranty repairs per specifications and documentation.

What You'll Do

• Perform all repair work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
• Communicate findings and additional service needs directly to the Service Advisor, with accurate time estimates for any additional repairs needed
• Execute warranty repairs in full compliance with manufacturer specifications and documentation requirements

What We're Looking For

• Ford certification preferred
• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred
• B-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
• Previous Ford dealership experience preferred
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity required for precision repair work
• Basic computer competency and ability to learn new repair procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
