Job summary

Ford Dealership in Indiana is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician with at least two years of experience to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicle systems. You will work alongside service advisors and parts staff to ensure timely repairs and maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities include performing brakes, suspension, HVAC work, and drivability diagnostics, plus completing routine maintenance and documenting repairs accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience.
• ASE certifications or Ford Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability diagnostics.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and basic drivability concerns.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
• Work with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements.
• Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.
• Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills and achieve Ford STST certifications.
