Job summary

Deer Creek Winery in Uniontown seeks a full-time Customer Service Specialist to enhance guest experiences at our Winery & Inn B&B. The role centers on counter/retail sales of our wines and helping guests relax during their stay.

Responsibilities include using the sales process, learning our wines, and assisting in kitchen/cleaning tasks as needed. Weekend work is required and tips are split among staff after training.

It's Always A Good Day Selling Wine!

Are you a people person? Are you a well-rounded individual that enjoys providing wonderful customer service in a beautiful and inviting atmosphere?

If so, Deer Creek Winery and Watson Estate Bed and Breakfast is looking to add full time Customer Service Specialists to the DCW family at its recently opened property in Uniontown!

This position's primary focus will be counter/retail sales spotlighting our wines and helping customers relax and enjoy their B&B stay.

Along with traditional sales, the role may be called upon to assist with food preparation and also light cleaning duties at the discretion of the management team.

We are all a big TEAM here and TIPS are SPLIT between all staffonce you are fully trained!We feel every aspect of our customer's time herefrom housekeeping to sales to the food they eat are all part of the Customer Experience and our whole team should be rewarded!

Being a hospitality position, working weekends is required.
