Job summary

Arena Technical Resources, LLC seeks a senior B-1 Readiness and Sustainment Subject Matter Expert to support the Air Force SPO at Tinker AFB. Lead efforts to baseline readiness, assess data and integration landscapes, and design an MVP with an implementation roadmap.

You'll translate complex operations into actionable requirements, engage senior leaders and depot, supply-chain, and engineering teams, and deliver decision-ready briefings and process maps for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of DoD experience in aviation readiness or related fields.
• Direct experience with B-1 or comparable Air Force weapon systems.
• Ability to translate readiness needs into future-state operating models.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior B-1 readiness and sustainment advisor across fleet management and logistics.
• Lead interviews to document current readiness processes and information flows.
• Help define future-state readiness management approach and MVP roadmap.
• Translate operational needs into functional use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Guide assessment of data sources, mappings, and system interfaces.
• Conduct root-cause analyses using FMEA or similar methods.
• Develop decision-ready briefings, process maps, and risk/action trackers.
• Engage stakeholders across depot, wing, squadron, supply-chain, DLA, and enterprise partners.
