Job summary

First Resources Corp. is seeking an experienced logistics professional to serve as a subject matter expert for Army sustainment and maintenance programs.

The role involves developing assessments, delivering briefings to senior leaders, and guiding training curricula to support readiness and compliance across units in the field and sustainment branches. The candidate will work with G4 COMET management to ensure programs meet Army regulations and FORSCOM directives, and will coordinate QA

Qualifications

• Five years' experience managing sustainment and maintenance of Army supplies and equipment.
• Ability to communicate directly with senior Army leaders to include General Officers.
• Experience analyzing command logistics programs and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop a logistics assessment, review, and analysis program aligned with policy.
• Prepare briefings, point papers, reports, and fact sheets for commanders.
• Define training requirements and develop curricula for G4 approval.
• Coordinate QA assessments and provide feedback to FORSCOM and leaders.
