ASI Government seeks an Engagement Lead (Management Consultant) to support the Air Force B-1 SPO at Tinker Air Force Base. The initial 16-week effort will baseline fleet readiness, assess data landscape, design a minimum viable product, and develop an implementation roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting or equivalent client services.
• 8+ years of Department of War experience in aviation readiness, weapon-system sustainment, logistics, maintenance, supply chain, or program management.
• Direct experience supporting B-1 or comparable Air Force weapon systems in a program office, depot, or operational environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and to work on site at Tinker Air Force Base.

Responsabilités

• Lead client engagements with B-1 SPO leadership and develop executive-ready briefings and recommendations.
• Document current readiness processes, decision rights, information flows, constraints, and pain points.
• Define future-state readiness approach, including forums, roles, KPIs, and recurring management routines.
• Partner with data engineers to assess readiness data sources, quality, and integration constraints.
• Lead or guide root-cause analyses of readiness drivers and translate findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Own the engagement scope, hypotheses, milestones, and risks; deliver executable implementation plans.
• Engage depot, wing, squadron, supply-chain, DLA, and other partners to validate findings and define interfaces.
