Arena Technical Resources, LLC is seeking an Engagement Lead to steer a 16-week effort supporting the Air Force B-1 SPO at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City. You will frame problems, own the workplan, and deliver executable recommendations.

The role combines consulting leadership with weapon-system credibility, requiring strong data, analytics, and executive communication in a hands-on setting with engineers, logisticians, and depot personnel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting or similar.
• Experience leading engagements with senior-client relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead senior-day-to-day engagement with B-1 SPO leadership.
• Document current readiness processes and information flows.
• Define future-state approach with decision forums and KPIs.
• Develop executive-ready briefings, process maps, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with depot, wing, squadron, and supply-chain partners.
• Manage staffing, budget, and delivery risk; identify follow-on opportunities.
