Qualifications
- Required 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting or comparable client services.
- 8+ years of Department of War experience in aviation readiness and sustainment.
- Direct experience with B-1 or similar Air Force weapon systems preferred.
- Ability to translate data into executable decisions and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead client leadership and advisory interfaces with B-1 SPO executives.
- Document current readiness processes and information flows across functions.
- Define future-state readiness management and governance.
- Translate operational needs into use cases, data definitions, and MVP criteria.
- Own the engagement roadmap, risks, and executive-level deliverables.
