Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in Department of War organizations including military aviation, staff operations, and cross-functional issues.
• Knowledge of military aviation, planning and joint requirements processes.
• Ability to analyze complex projects and translate technology into warfighter capability.
• TS/SCI clearance and bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, advisory, strategic and technical guidance to analysts supporting bomber requirements and life cycle management.
• Coordinate with DOTMLPF processes and MDMP to plan, program, and integrate new technology.
• Advise Air Force stakeholders and prepare recommendations to improve capability for warfighters.
• Support security and identity verification processes during hiring.
