Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer L2 to support and enhance enterprise networks with a focus on Azure and Zscaler. This role blends hands-on engineering, problem solving, and cross-team collaboration.

You will work onsite 1-2 days per week, help design and implement cloud networking, and contribute to network standards and documentation while supporting escalations and on-call rotations. Ideal candidates bring deep TCP/IP, VPN, firewall, and DNS experience, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise networking with cloud and secure access tech.
• Proficient with Azure networking services (VNETs, NSGs, VPN, ExpressRoute, etc.).
• Experience supporting Zscaler Internet Access and ZPA.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex network issues across cloud, on-prem, WAN and Internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network infra focusing on Azure and Zscaler.
• Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for deployments and changes.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain network diagrams and configuration standards.
• Provide escalation support and participate in on-call rotation.
