NationMind LLC is actively seeking a Network Security L3 Engineer with Zscaler for an onsite Minneapolis assignment. The role emphasizes advanced incident handling, change execution, and collaboration with OEM vendors to maintain and secure enterprise networks.

The ideal candidate will bring 6–10 years of network security experience, hands-on firewall and proxy knowledge, and certifications such as CCNA/CCNP and Zscaler. The position requires onsite work and readiness for 24x7 support if needed.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of network security experience required.
• Onsite role in Minneapolis, MN.
• ITAR compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced tickets for network security incidents.
• Implement high-priority change requests and service requests.
• Provide technical support for customer network design and new business queries.
• Provide inputs on technology recommendations and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze RCA for major incidents to drive resolution.
• Perform capacity and performance management across network security stack.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for patches, upgrades and refresh initiatives.
• Lead technology refresh implementation across the security landscape.
• Drive continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with L2 teams to adopt AIOps.
