This role emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams, thorough documentation, and ongoing optimization of routing, VPN, firewall, and cloud integrations to enable secure, scalable enterprise connectivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
• Proven Zscaler experience with ZIA/ZPA configuration & management.
• Strong firewall management, VPN, and zero-trust deployment knowledge.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, and network segmentation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 and above support for complex network and Zscaler-related deployment issues.
• Execute deployment plans aligned with product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Configure and deploy network and security services (routing, segmentation, firewalls, ZIA/ZPA, VPN).
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and maintain technical documentation.
