Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Server & Storage Manager to lead the hybrid server and storage infrastructure, spanning on‑premises and cloud. You will guide a skilled team, ensure high availability, and drive strategic improvements aligned with business growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, capacity planning, and collaboration with Applications, Network & Communications, End User Compute, and Cloud Architecture teams to deliver enterprise infrastructure strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years supporting Windows client operating systems in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years with experience managing or providing direction to team members.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Server & Storage team, including performance management and career development.
• Oversee 24x7 on-premises and cloud infrastructure operations and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure, processes, and services.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party providers for consistent delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and governance controls.
