Job summary
Arena Technical Resources, LLC (ATR) seeks a senior Server Engineer Lead to architect, operate, and optimize a large Intel-based server and virtualization stack spanning data center and hybrid cloud environments. You’ll drive uptime, reliability, and modernization across VMware and other hypervisors, partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related discipline.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise server hardware, virtualization, automation, and operations.
- Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter; strong capacity planning and performance tuning.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, lifecycle management, and operational support of enterprise compute and virtualization environments.
- Oversee health, performance, availability, and capacity of virtualization environments and clusters.
- Architect and maintain automated workflows for provisioning, patching, and compliance (Ansible, Terraform, PowerCLI, PowerShell, Python).
- Collaborate with storage, networking, security, and application teams to ensure end-to-end performance and reliability.
