Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to shape and implement the essential services that drive success in the cloud marketplace.

The role requires strong virtualization knowledge, Windows and Linux OS expertise, and hands-on PowerShell scripting. You will work with Azure IaaS and other cloud capabilities, resolving complex multi-cloud scenarios and collaborating with Azure support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and implementing cloud support services.
• Strong understanding of virtualization and multiple cloud platforms.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on with PowerShell scripting and template deployments.
• Familiarity with Azure IaaS and related services.
• Ability to resolve complex technical scenarios across cloud components.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement cloud support services to win in cloud marketplace.
• Troubleshoot VM availability, performance, and security issues.
• Work with Azure services and other cloud capabilities.
• Lead integrations with CSS Azure support teams and engineers.
• Collaborate on RCAs and escalate as needed.
• Assist customers with complex multi-cloud scenarios.

• 1The definition and implementation of the support services required to win in the cloud market place
• 2 Good core understanding on Virtualization technologies Having worked with any cloud provider such as VMware GCP AWS etc is preferred
• 3 Experience with Windows Server or Linux environments good understanding of Operating system concepts Windows OS Linux OS CentOS Ubuntu RHEL etc Active Directory Networking Storage preferred
• 4 Troubleshooting and resolving issues with respect to Virtual Machine availability performance scalability and security Work on RCAs as per customer requirements
• 5 Hands on with PowerShell scripting json template deployments is an added advantage
• 6 Any prior experience with Azure services IaaS is preferred
• 7 Resolving customer issues including complex technical scenarios integrating several cloud capabilities Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines Storage Networking etc and scenarios supporting the service such as service availability quality etc
• 8 Knowledge on Azure Engineering Groups
• 9 Lead the integration with relevant CSS Azure support talent to resolve issues with specific technologies as part of Azure Support ecosystem

Other Details

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
