Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) in production.
• FSLogix profile management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• L3 support for complex AVD incidents and production issues.
• Enterprise-scale VDI with multiple users and session hosts.
• Troubleshooting across profiles, session connectivity, authentication, and logon.
• Ability to explain root causes and resolutions clearly.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Create, configure, manage, and troubleshoot FSLogix profiles, including profile containers and sign-in issues.
• Perform Level 3 troubleshooting for complex AVD issues involving session hosts, user sessions, connectivity, and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Support and optimize enterprise-scale VDI for availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor environment health, investigate recurring incidents, and implement proactive improvements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, endpoint management, identity, and application teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Document issues, troubleshooting procedures, root-cause analyses, and resolutions.
• Support VDI image management and application delivery as required.
