Job summary

Lockton seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, operate, automate, and continuously improve our Azure platform. You will maintain the enterprise landing zone, shared services, and governance, enabling secure, scalable cloud services across the organization.

You will lead automation, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines, provide onboarding to regional teams, and act as the Level-3 escalation point for Azure platform issues, driving global standardization and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Azure cloud engineering in large orgs.
• Hands-on with landing zones, networking, security, governance.
• Strong automation and incident resolution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, automate, and improve the Azure platform.
• Maintain enterprise landing zone, shared services, and governance.
• Develop IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for scalable cloud ops.
• Provide onboarding, DevOps enablement, and self-service for regional teams.
• Serve as Level-3 escalation point for Azure platform issues.
• Lead troubleshooting, RCAs, and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with regional teams to standardize and enforce controls.
