Job summary
Corebridge Financial is seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, secure, and automate enterprise-grade Azure platforms. You will own core platform engineering across networking, identity, governance, and automation—partnering with architecture, security, and app teams to deliver scalable cloud services.
The role is based in Houston with a hybrid work policy, requiring collaboration across security, architecture, and application teams to ensure cost-effective,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in an Azure platform engineering role designing, implementing, and operating enterprise Azure environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure landing zones aligned to CAF and governance.
- Engineer core services at scale (compute, storage, networking, identity, security) with IaC.
- Configure vNets, routing, NSGs, and private endpoints; secure connectivity across regions.
- Implement Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, and least-privilege models.
- Build reusable IaC modules with Terraform/ARM; automate with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Establish observability with Azure Monitor and Defender for Cloud; plan backup/DR.
