Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps & Cloud Platform Engineer to join our Plano, TX team. You will drive the enterprise DevOps platform, cloud automation, CI/CD standards, and infrastructure as code across Azure and AWS environments, collaborating with Architecture, Cloud Engineering, and application teams.

You will lead design, automation, and deployment efforts, ensuring secure, scalable software delivery and operational excellence within insurance/financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in DevOps, Cloud/Platform Engineering, SRE or related disciplines.
• 5+ years hands-on Azure DevOps administration & implementation.
• Strong design and support of enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise with Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting Azure cloud services and cloud-native apps.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to own the DevOps function and support multiple delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve the enterprise DevOps platform and CI/CD standards.
• Automate cloud provisioning and lifecycle management across Azure and AWS.
• Develop cloud deployment standards and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering to improve reliability and scalability.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for apps, infra, and integrations.
• Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes; implement quality gates and compliance controls.
• Support Azure services like AKS, API Management, Functions, SQL, Storage, Key Vault, Monitor.
• Assist with AWS workloads and hybrid/multi-cloud patterns.
• Incorporate DevSecOps controls and security automation in pipelines.
• Maintain platform monitoring, logging, and operational documentation.
