Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an experienced Network Architect to design and evolve our enterprise and cloud network across a modern, cloud-first, multi-site environment. You will translate business and security requirements into resilient, secure, and scalable network designs that support mission-critical healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise networking.
• Cloud network architecture hands-on with Azure.
• Network security with NGFW, zero-trust, secure remote access.
• Enterprise routing, switching and wireless tech.
• Multi-cloud exposure a plus.
• Automation with IaC and scripting (Terraform/PowerShell/Python).
• Experience in healthcare/regulatory environment preferred.
• Willingness to travel for onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target-state network architecture across cloud and on-premises.
• Architect cloud network solutions in an Azure-first environment.
• Design and govern network security edge with zero-trust and secure remote access.
• Evolve enterprise routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure; integrate on-prem and cloud.
• Support multi-cloud connectivity as part of cloud strategy.
• Ensure designs meet healthcare regulatory and security requirements; partner with security.
• Champion automation and Infrastructure-as-Code for provisioning and change management.
• Collaborate on incident response and RCA; translate learnings into architecture.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to improve reliability and cost efficiency.
• Present and defend architecture decisions to teams and executives.
