Job summary

Synergy Staffing is looking for a Network Architect to design, manage, and improve the organization’s network infrastructure. The role focuses on secure, scalable, and high-performing networks across cloud and on‑prem environments, with automation and modernization at the core.

You will lead major initiatives, review architectures against standards, and guide security practices while collaborating with business and technology leaders to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications preferred (Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet).
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, security, and operations.
• Experience with cloud-based and on-prem networks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major network initiatives to improve capabilities, security, and performance.
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions.
• Review architectures for alignment with standards and best practices.
• Design and implement network automation to improve efficiency.
• Support Agile SAFe planning and sprint activities.
• Ensure network standards, policies, and security requirements.
• Support cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Plan for business continuity and disaster recovery.
