Job summary

RolvaTech in Houston, TX seeks an experienced production support engineer to triage, resolve, and patch issues in 24x7 environments for mission-critical Azure-based apps.

You will work directly with clients and stakeholders, delivering timely incident resolution, RCA documentation, and permanent fixes while adhering to ITIL processes and DevOps practices. This role requires strong .NET/C# skills and on-site availability in the USA.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in production support for Azure-based enterprise apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change).
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder updates.
• Visa-ready to work onsite in the USA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Azure-based enterprise applications.
• Triage and resolve production issues across Azure services (Function Apps, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, Application Insights, Synapse, Cosmos DB).
• Handle Dead Letter Queues (DLQs), replay messages in Service Bus, and troubleshoot message delivery issues.
• Manage DevOps pipeline issues, re-run failed deployments, and ensure CI/CD pipeline health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI gateway/configuration errors.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), prepare detailed documentation, and drive permanent fixes.
• Write queries for Cosmos DB and Synapse Data Warehouse; troubleshoot pipeline failures using KSQL.
• Make minor configuration/code changes in .NET/C# under established guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality support delivery.
